West Austin Dance Competitive Programs!

WADA Company is for the dancer who is ready to be pushed — who wants more than a routine and a costume, and is willing to do the work that separates a good dancer from a great one. We meet every dancer where they are. And then we raise the bar.  Our company dancers train 2–4 days a week in ballet — the foundation everything else is built on — alongside technique, turns and leaps, acro, stretch and tone, and more. On the performance side, they compete in jazz, hip hop, tap, lyrical, contemporary, and musical theater at conventions throughout Texas, and travel together to one national competition each season.  

The training is serious. The standard is high. And the results speak for themselves — WADA alumni are dancing at LSU, Baylor, OU, and on college dance teams across the country. They are performing on cruise ships, in music videos, on convention staffs, and as professional dancers in the industry.  That doesn’t happen by accident. It happens because we treat every dancer — no matter where they start — as someone capable of something extraordinary. We just expect them to show up and prove it.  

At West Austin Dance we don’t recruit the finished product. We build it.  

WADA Company is open to dancers ages 4–18. If your dancer has the drive, we have everything else.

Itty Bitties — Ages 4–7

Big personalities. Even bigger smiles.  

Our Itty Bitties are proof that you are never too young to fall in love with the stage. 

Dancers ages 4–7 get their very own competitive experience — performing in age-appropriate routines, rocking their costumes, and soaking up every single moment of the spotlight.  It’s fun. It’s adorable. And it plants a seed that we’ve watched grow into some of the most accomplished dancers in our program.
